Peppercorn Steak on a Bed of Wilted Spinach
served with a Tomato Salad
420 Calories, 1 Serving
2 tsp olive oil
1 tsp balsamic vinegar
1/4 red onion, sliced
1 pinch black pepper
1 cup baby spinach
1 plum tomato
4 oz filet mignon
4 black Greek olives
1. Season steak with freshly ground pepper and any other herbs of choice.
2. Broil or grill steak on each side until desired degree of doneness is achieved.
3. Serve steak over baby spinach leaves.
4. Meanwhile, make a tomato salad in a medium salad bowl by tossing together the chopped tomatoes, onion, olives, olive oil and vinegar.
Apple Cinnamon Protein Shake
300 Calories, 1 serving
1/2 banana, frozen
1 cup ice
1/2 cup almond milk
1 serving whey protein powder
1 pinch nutmeg
1 pinch cinnamon
1 apple, cored fuji or Granny Smith
Put all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth and enjoy.
